Use your loaf.

Exihibit A

Exhibit B

Loafing of either the feline or baked variety have been popular in The Yurt this weekend.

Exhibit A gives you an idea of what it's like to share a small space with three cats.  Basically you need to relinquish ownership of anything to the whiskery furballs.  Be it the laptop, a blanket, the couch, your lap... and especially that black pair of pants you just lay on the bed, ready to put on.

Exhibit B demonstrates one of my favourite past times: dough torture.  This particular hapless batch was beaten into sound submission for 10-15 minutes, before it had it's revenge and over-proved while we were out and about for slightly too long.  Suffice to say had we not returned when we did, I fear Exhibit A may have been smothered by Exhibit B.

It would have certainly given new meaning to the term catloaf.

  1. Making bread sounds fun, I will try it one day... have so many projects to do: faery crafts have to come first, and I need to learn to crochet...

I can't wait to have my own cat one day!

  2. It is a good stress relief that bread making!

I feel ya on the furries, I am over taken by them, I feel like I just tend a staff here and I am at the bottom rung with the vacuum cleaner in one hand and feeding everyone with the other lol
