Garlic therapy

There is something comforting about a thick slice of bread topped with crushed garlic, a pinch of sea salt and a bit of butter... or is that just me?

  1. We've always toasted the bread first, but now I'm going to have to try it untoasted because that sounds just as awesome! And it never would have occurred to me to do it without the toasting. Duh. :o)
